About the role

Clive's Fruit Farm is a beloved local institution known for its seasonal produce, farm shop, and relaxed dining experience. We're looking for a Head Chef to run our kitchen and create honest, hearty food that celebrates what we grow here on the farm. You'll design seasonal menus using our own fruit and local suppliers, lead a small kitchen team, and maintain the warm, unpretentious food culture our customers love. This isn't fine dining — it's real food, done well, in a place people keep coming back to. Responsibilities include seasonal menu planning, managing a small brigade, ordering and stock control, food safety compliance, and working with the farm team to make the most of what's in season.
