About the role

Clive's Fruit Farm shop is the heart of what we do — the place where customers come to pick up seasonal produce, discover new favourites, and connect with the farm. We're looking for a Head Shopkeeper to run the day-to-day operation of the shop, lead a small team, and create an experience that keeps people coming back. You'll manage stock, oversee displays, handle supplier relationships, and ensure the shop reflects the quality and character of everything grown here. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes genuine pride in retail and loves the people side of the job. Responsibilities include managing the shop floor, stock control and ordering, staff scheduling and training, cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation, maintaining displays, and working closely with the farm team to make the most of what's in season.
