Clive's Fruit Farm is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista to lead the coffee offering at our busy farm shop café. Nestled in the heart of Worcestershire, we welcome thousands of visitors each year who come for our produce, our food, and increasingly — our coffee. As Head Barista, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional coffee experience from open to close. You'll manage a small team, oversee stock and equipment, and bring genuine craft and enthusiasm to every cup. We work with carefully selected seasonal produce and we want our coffee to reflect the same care and quality. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, friendly environment. You'll work closely with the café manager and have real scope to shape the menu, introduce new offerings, and make the coffee counter your own. What we're looking for: proven barista experience, ideally in a supervisory role, a genuine passion for specialty coffee, strong people skills, and someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment.

Head Chef

We're looking for a Head Chef to run our kitchen and create honest, hearty food that celebrates what we grow here on the farm. You'll design seasonal menus using our own fruit and local suppliers, lead a small kitchen team, and maintain the warm, unpretentious food culture our customers love. This isn't fine dining — it's real food, done well, in a place people keep coming back to. Responsibilities include seasonal menu planning, managing a small brigade, ordering and stock control, food safety compliance, and working with the farm team to make the most of what's in season.

Head Shopkeeper

Clive's Fruit Farm shop is the heart of what we do — the place where customers come to pick up seasonal produce, discover new favourites, and connect with the farm. We're looking for a Head Shopkeeper to run the day-to-day operation of the shop, lead a small team, and create an experience that keeps people coming back. You'll manage stock, oversee displays, handle supplier relationships, and ensure the shop reflects the quality and character of everything grown here. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes genuine pride in retail and loves the people side of the job. Responsibilities include managing the shop floor, stock control and ordering, staff scheduling and training, cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation, maintaining displays, and working closely with the farm team to make the most of what's in season.
